Enter the number and the specific drugs of interest and/or mutations. If drugs and one or more mutation is selected, then only those mutations occurring in persons receiving the selected drugs will be shown. It is also possible to limit the retrieved sequences to those belonging to a specific species, group, or subtype. Data meeting the criteria will be displayed in a table listing major and minor mutations found in isolates with treatment histories and original literature references. Complete mutation lists, treatment histories and subtype information may be retrieved by selecting the appropriate box under 'Additional Output Options'. The queried dataset will be available for download. Individual and composite alignments will also be available.
To retrieve RT sequences from persons receiving a selected antiretroviral therapy:
- Enter # of nucleoside RT inhibitors (NRTIs)
- Enter # of non-nucleoside RT inhibitors (NNRTIs)
- Enter specific combinations of RT inhibitors
To retrieve RT sequences of isolates containing selected mutations:
- Enter up to seven codons and amino acids of interest.
- Specify whether the retrieved sequences need to exactly match the entered mutations at major drug resistance mutations. Leaving this box unchecked will retrieve sequences that may include additional major mutations.
To limit the retrieved data to specific species, groups, or subtypes:
- Enter the species: HIV1 or HIV2
- Enter the group for HIV1: Main, CPZs or O
- Enter the subtype for HIV1, Main: All subtypes, B, non-B, or a specific non-B subtype
Optional modifications to the type of data that are returned:
- Complete treatment history (vs default listing of NRTIs and NNRTIs received)
- Complete mutation list (vs default listing of NRTI mutations and NNRTI mutations)
- Subtype
