Drug Resistance Rules Editor: INSTI

This page makes it possible to evaluate the effect of new drug resistance rules (i.e., scores for individual mutations or combinations of mutations) on the complete set of 210 distinct patterns of INSTI-resistance mutations in sequences in HIVDB ranked by their frequency. Click ‘edit’ to modify the scores for an individual mutation or mutation combination. Click ‘Add Rule’ to add a new mutation combination rule. After making a change, click ‘Preview’ to see the effect of the change on the 200 most frequent mutation patterns. Click ‘Save Changes’ to download a JSON file containing the complete set of INSTIrules with saved changes. Use the ‘Recover Changes’ button to retrieve a saved set of rules. At this time, it is not possible to evaluate the effect of a completely new mutation because the 210 distinct patterns of INSTI-resistance mutations have been produced in advanced.
