The clinical datasets are provided for research purposes only. They are not designed for the creation of commercial products. The recipient acknowledges that the conditions for use of these research results are governed by the policies and procedures of the Institutional Review Board or Ethics Committee at the recipient's institution in accordance with Department of Health and Human Services regulations at 45 CFR 46. The recipient remains participant to applicable Country, State, or local laws or regulations and institutional policies which provide additional protections for human participants.
