Enter up to six amino acid positions with optional mutations to retrieve published drug susceptibility data. User can specify whether the retrieved sequences need to exactly match the entered mutations at major drug resistance mutations. Leaving this box unchecked will retrieve sequences that may include additional major mutations. Individual antiretroviral drugs can be selected, or susceptibility data can be retrieved for all members of a drug class. User can specify the susceptibility test method if desired. Alternatively, complete HIVDB phenotype datasets may be downloaded here.

To retrieve published drug susceptibility data for RT isolates with selected mutations:

  • Enter one or more specific amino acid positions with optional mutations
  • Enter whether the retrieved sequences need to exactly match the entered mutations at major NRTI mutations or NNRTI mutations
  • Enter the drugs used for susceptibility testing
  • Enter one or more susceptibility test methods
