Longitudinal treatment profiles allow the user to track the evolution of mutations in individual sequences. Specify an initial and subsequent antiretroviral treatment, as well as the species, group and subtype, to retrieve matching isolates. Data will be presented in a table containing links to original literature references, patient identifiers, isolate names, limited treatment histories and major and minor mutations. Complete mutation lists, subtype data and sequencing method can be requested under 'Additional Output Options'. Data may also be viewed as individual or composite alignments.
