Enter up to seven codons and amino acids of interest, specifying whether the retrieved sequences need to exactly match the entered mutations at major drug resistance mutations. Leaving this box unchecked will retrieve sequences that may include additional major mutations. Sequences, which can be restricted by viral species, group and subtype, will be displayed in a table listing major and minor mutations and treatment history as well as original literature references.   • Enter whether the retrieved sequences need to exactly match the entered mutations at major PI mutations
  • Enter the species: HIV1, HIV2, or NHPL (Non-Human Primate Lentivirus)
  • Enter the group for HIV1: Main, CPZs or O
