Enter up to six amino acid positions with optional mutations to retrieve published drug susceptibility data. User can specify whether the retrieved sequences need to exactly match the entered mutations at major drug resistance mutations. Leaving this box unchecked will retrieve sequences that may include additional major mutations. Individual antiretroviral drugs can be selected, or susceptibility data can be retrieved for all members of a drug class. User can specify the susceptibility test method if desired.

To retrieve published drug susceptibility data for integrase isolates with selected mutations:

  • Enter one or more specific amino acid positions with optional mutations
  • Enter whether the retrieved sequences need to exactly match the entered mutations at major INI mutations(positions at 66, 92, 121, 138, 140, 143, 146, 147, 148, 155)
  • Enter the drugs used for susceptibility testing
  • Enter one or more susceptibility test methods
    • All, Antivirogram (Virco, Belgium; used to be named as "Virco"), PhenoSense (Monogram, South San Francisco; used to be named as "Virologic")
Abbreviations:
  • RAL = raltegravir;  EVG = elvitegravir;  DTG = dolutegravir (SGK1349572)
