Interactive Scores (IScores) applies genotypic scores to distinct HIV-1 RT and protease mutation patterns from ~40,000 individuals with group M sequences.
  • 'Show All Patterns & Levels': The complete list of all patterns and resistance levels (1 to 5).
  • 'Show Specific Patterns': The complete list of all patterns and resistance levels containing a specific mutation or mutation combination.

  • 'Score Changes' text box: To examine the effects of a score change enter changes in the following format (e.g. 'ABC:30, TDF:30').
  • 'Include' checkbox: Uncheck to assign all scores to 0.
  • 'Maximum Result Count': Limits the number of mutation patterns returned: It takes ~5 seconds to return 100 recalculated resistance levels.
