Interactive Scores
IScores (Interactive Scores) displays the complete set of interpretations for about 50,000 well-characterized RT and PR population-based plasma group M sequences. The default interpretation system is HIVDB v6.2 but we are looking forward to adding other systems. IScores shows the frequency with which every mutation pattern occurs and allows users to observe the effect that changes to mutation rules or scores will have on the susceptibility to each ARV in an ARV class.

Drug Summaries
Summary of the key mutations associated with each antiretroviral drug. Indications for drug use in first-line, second-line, and salvage therapy regimens.

Clinical Studies
Summary of findings of clinical studies with correlations between baseline genotype, treatment, and subsequent virologic response.
